Shipments made through DHL are expedited and includes full tracking and insurance. Ask for the price of the shipping to your country before to purchase, and it will be included in the listing.

The doll sizes Maxine and Lucienne are very large and heavy, the box can weight from two to two and a half kilos and most of the shipping cost are due to the size of the box needed to fit them. Please ask before purchase for the shipping costs to your country which are not included in the doll's price. They can vary from USD 180 to USD 250 or more depending on the destination.
Shipping made by EMS service is through the Argentinian postal office. Includes tracking worldwide. Shipping time is one-two weeks or more depending on the destination and the custom policies of each country.
For ready to go items the processing time is 4-5 days after total payment will be made.
For made to order items the processing time is 4-6 weeks or more depending on the complexity of the requested doll, and will be made after total payment.
The cost of the shipping for South America depends on if it is to a border country or not.
EMS rates are grouped by region of destination: bordering countries to Argentina(for example, Chile), South America, rest of America (including USA, México and Canada), Europe and Worldwide.
Due to the configuration of Etsy I am not able to establish the specific costs for some of those general regions, I need to do that country by country, so if your country is not included in the shipping profile just ask and I will include the cost for your country in the list.
You can request for more economic options of shipment. Shipping is usually made with EMS, which have tracking worldwide. There are more economic options, as Express air mail and Certified Airmail. The last two options have tracking, but only inside de border of Argentina. Certified airmail is delivered with customer signature. Ask for the cost of each option, which varies according the size,weight and destiny. For defect, the normal dolls are sending by EMS, and the little ones, the Pinkies and miniatures, are sent by the economic options.
You can ask for your desired shipping system and we will adjust the listing for you, to reflect the changes.
If you want a shipping with insurance, it must be by DHL.
