Esta hada madrina caprichosa es un poco voluble, pero de buen corazón. ¡Cuidado con lo que deseas, podría hacerse realidad! Con su delicada piel lila salpicada de diminutas gotas doradas, brilla en la oscuridad para brindar una luz reconfortante a tu alma. Con un vestuario como el de las fotos, le encantan los buenos trajes de corte, pero también encuentra la felicidad bailando descalza sobre las nubes. * **No nos hacemos responsables del resultado del uso imprudente de la varita mágica; queda completamente a tu criterio. Por favor, no alimentes al hada después de medianoche. Tampoco nos haremos responsables de eso 😉...***
A Myosotis le gusta la elegancia y las cosas buenas, así que todo para ella está hecho a mano: el cuerpo, el traje y la peluca. ¡Incluso los zapatos!
Llevaba dos años trabajando en esta muñeca, junto con otras dos que eran como sus hermanas, y les estaba haciendo distintos tonos de piel: Chrysoperla era verde, Nenúfar azul y Myosotis un suave tono lavanda/lila. A sus dos hermanas las hice hadas salvajes, del tipo que quiere vagar por el bosque todo el día, pero Myosotis desde el principio tenía un aspecto más adulto y serio, así que la imaginé como una hermana mayor, y tiene un "trabajo": es madrina, así que debe ser como una niñera o abuela, cuidar y guiar a los niños, y también debe cuidar de sus hermanas pequeñas. Al mismo tiempo estaba haciendo una muñeca rococó y, después de terminar a sus hermanas, me puse a jugar con una peluca hecha para otra muñeca, ¡y le quedaba perfecta! La combinación del color turquesa con su piel era simplemente perfecta, y el estilo con su expresión, así que seguí el camino que vi en ese momento. ¡Eso me pasa muy a menudo! ¡Deben ser hadas susurrándome al oído la mayor parte del tiempo! 😅
El cuerpo está hecho de porcelana y pintado con acrílicos y laca (siempre uso porcelana, pero algunas muñecas están pintadas como esta y otras con pinturas permanentes para porcelana). Es mi molde de muñeca adulta pequeña. La peluca está hecha de mohair, con imanes, y le hice florecitas de cinta para realzar el cabello, además de coserle cuentas y adornos metálicos. Las estrellitas son las que se usan para decoración de uñas. El bordado del corsé lo hice yo misma; creo que se llama punto de mosca, con cuentas y nudos franceses sobre una base de encaje. La cinta está pintada a mano antes de coserla al borde. El encaje de la parte delantera de la falda ya estaba bordado, lo compré así, pero el satén de la sobrefalda era un sobrante de otro proyecto, hice todo el patrón con máquina de coser para darle textura, era para un vestido de baile con una falda enorme, atesoro cada trozo de tela, así que fue perfecto para ella cuando lo encontré :3 La varita es un ensamblaje de alambre de cobre, piezas de bijou y pequeñas gemas (las diminutas para nail art también :3) Los zapatos están hechos en resina y forrados en satén y lurex. No estoy segura de la cantidad exacta de horas que me llevó, porque la hice en diferentes momentos y muchas cosas se rehicieron cuando algo no se veía bien, pero en términos generales, desde el casteo de las piezas hasta tener la muñeca completamente vestida es fácilmente un mes. Algunas muñecas tardan menos y otras pueden tardar mucho más. Las alas, por ejemplo, se hicieron en 2015, con alambre y encaje, pero las dejé en una caja desde entonces; Luego, organizando y limpiando XD, las encontré y decidí hacer un experimento: le puse película de angelina a un lado (¡me encanta cómo cambia la luz los colores, es rosa por un lado y azul cielo por el otro!) y bordé con máquina de coser todas las venas y sobre el alambre con hilo de lúrex. Quedó muy diferente a otras alas. Quizás debería publicar sobre mis experimentos con angelina y tela. I had this doll in the making since at least two years, together with two other dolls that were like her sisters, and was making different skin colors for them, like Chrysoperla is green and Nenúfar were blue and Myosotis is a soft lavender/lilac tone. For her two sisters I made them kind of savage fairires, the type that wants to be wandering in the woods all day, but Myosotis have since the beggining a more adult and serious look , so I thought on her as an older sister, and she has a "job", she is a godmother so she must be like a nanny or grandmother and to take care and guide children, and she must to take care of her young sisters too. I was making a rococo doll at the same time and after to finish her sisters I just was playing with a wig made for another doll and it was so perfect for her!!! The way the turquoise color combines with her skin was just that, perfect, and the style with her expression, so I follow the path I saw in that moment. That occurs very often in my work ! It must be fairies whispering in my ears most of the time 😅.
The body is made in porcelain and painted with acrylics and lacquer ( I always use porcelain but some dolls are painted like this one and others with permanent china paints), it is my smaller adult doll mold. Then the wig is made with mohair, with magnets, and I made little ribbon flowers to enhance the hair and sewed beads and metal caps. The little stars are those used for nail art. The beading on the corset is all made by me, I think it is called fly stich, with beads and french knots over a base of lace; the ribbon is handpainted before to sew it to the border. The lace of the front of the skirt it was alredy embroidered, I buy it like that, but the satin of the overskirt was a left over form another project, I made all the pattern with sewing machine to give it texture, was for a ball gown with a huge skirt, I treasure every bit of fabric so It was perfect for her when I found it :3 The wand is an assemblage of copper wire, pieces of bijou and little gems (the tiny ones for nail art too :3) The shoes are casted in resin and lined on satin and lurex. I am not sure about the exact amount of hours, because she was made in different moments and many things were made again when something do not looked right but in general terms, from casting the pieces to the full costumed doll is easy a month. Some dolls take less and others can take much more. The wings , for example, were made in 2015, with wire and lace, but I left them in a box since then ; then, organizing and cleaning XD, I found them and decided to make an experiment, adding angelina film to one side ( I love how the light change the colors, it is pink from one side and sky blue form the other !!!) and embroidering with sewing machine all the veins and over the wire with lurex thread, it is very different from other wings, maybe I should post aobut my experiments with angelina and fabric, I made many wings in one sit and included these ones in a batch :)
